Boulder Groves is meticulously maintained by a professional cleaning staff with hospital-level sanitation credentials. We know this is important to you, especially when you’ll be surrounded with so many loved ones during your stay. Our resort home can accommodate 16 individuals in beds and pull-out couches for a total of 18 sleeping arrangements. The Primary Suite
If relaxation is what you’re looking for, be prepared to experience premium living. This primary suite features a jumbo-size Jacuzzi tub positioned to give you a stunning countryside view while soaking for hours. A California King bed in a vaulted ceiling bed chamber and two fireplaces with breathtaking views add to the private raised patio and balcony with a second seating area outside his and hers bathroom are beautifully connected by a large double entrance shower. The magic starts from the moment you enter our gates.
The Kitchen & Dining Area
Downstairs is our pro-level kitchen, featuring a large pantry, dual fridges for entertaining with granite countertops and copper accouterments. A 10-person round table in the dining room is completed by a beautiful fireplace for the finest dining ambiance you’ll enjoy. Your view through the encompassing octagonal windows as you dine just might be Instagram-worthy.
The Great Room & Home Theater
After dinner, relax under the high 28-feet cathedral ceiling of The Great Room. Enjoy the crackling sounds of large bonfires with our 60-inch wide Certified Rumford Fireplace. And if it gets too warm, step out through the 10-feet doors to the patio and dip your feet into one of the many boulder pools surround the resort home. And when you’re ready to wind down, you may also enjoy a movie in our home theater, featuring Roku TV.
The Lush Bedrooms
There are two large bedrooms, each with two ultra-comfortable Queen beds. And for the one (or two) who’d like a little more privacy, another bedroom with a Queen bed and attached bathroom is available as well.
The Great Outdoors
It’s certainly too beautiful to stay indoors for your entire stay. Our resort home features a big grass yard for badminton, volleyball and corn hole. And if you’re feeling extra adventurous, climb the surrounding boulders or go mountain biking and road cycling. A nature preserve is also right beyond the doorsteps for a terrific hike. In the mood for wine? Boulder Groves is situated right the middle of a wine trail. So, an afternoon or early evening wine tasting is always an option.

There are plenty of great shops, restaurants and wineries just a short drive away. You’re only a 20-minute drive away from Poway, Escondido, Lakeside, Santee and El Cajon. And if the big city and beaches are in the cards, take a breezy 45-minute drive to Downtown San Diego or the Beaches of North County San Diego, Del Mar, Torrey Pines, La Jolla, Encinitas and Solana Beach - you have to check out the horse races if your schedule works out!
