Cancellation Policy

 

  • Full Refund within 48 Hours of Booking or at least 14 Days Before Check-In

  • After that, guest may cancel up to 7 Days Before Check-In for a 50% Refund of the nightly rate and the cleaning fee, but not the Service Fee

  • Only Cleaning Fee Refunded for Last Minute Cancellation

Exclusive Catering

We love the good energy and memories a good gathering creates, Let’s make plans together and make an awesome festivity experience for everyone.  The property is great for this type of thing, but requires planning, as that use is outside the normal vacation rental occupancy and traffic.
